- Mac & Cheese package–Cook it according to the package
- Add steamed broccoli and carrot
- Add a can of tuna
- add Cooked chicken (mix cut chicken breast and a spoonful of corn starch with a bit of water, stir fry the chicken with garlic in the pan with cooking oil. Add salt and pepper.)
Eat this meal with a green salad!
