I found these videos at youtube and was surprised how easy to make my own dry roasted peanuts. I happen to find a bag of raw peanuts in my pantry, so I am going to give it a try.
I love the idea of making my own roasted peanut and being able to control how much salt I want to use and experiment the roasting with different seasonings.
I am so glad that I am conscious about what I put into my mouth and controlled my urge to eat cookies. My body does not need food that is quickly turned to glucoses after consumption; these kinds of food can only upset the sugar level in my body. Besides making good choices about healthy meals, one thing we can do to improve our health is to make wise choices about our snacks!
